Fully automatic instrument to determine Alcoholic Strenght by Volume ASV, total dry extract and musts evaluation.

The readout of the Alcoholic Strenght  by Volume from 0,13 to 99,98% ASV is shown on a large LCD screen simultaneously with the readout of the temperature, density at 20°C and other parameters.

The reading module is provided with a shower proof keyboard whose functional keys allows:
-the correction of the floater volume with H2O or certified standard solution
-zeroset and calibration of the SuperAlcomat
-date, hour, minute setting and other parameters.
-the printing of the reading values an other parameters (printer not included)
-musts evalutation: Baumè, Babo, Brix and  Oechsle degrees
-working temperature10-30° (optimum 15-23°C)
-languages: Italian, German, English, French and Spanish
